Joining our Consulting Services team and reporting to the Partner Delivery Manager, our next Consultant will deliver proven and established people and payroll solutions to a diverse range of clients across Australia.
Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for our implementation partners as the primary subject matter expert of our Aurion solutionsCollaborate and support our implementation partners as required to ensure the successful delivery of AurionProvide expert guidance, training and support in relation to data transformation and integration requirements for our Aurion solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and operationLeverage the defined product suite of Aurion to deliver logical and proven best practice solutions which align to client needsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process enhancements and sharing knowledge through established channelsDocument and validate client solution requirements, ensuring alignment with the defined product suite and client objectivesManage client expectations by delivering consulting services within agreed upon timelines and defined project scopeConfigure and validate Aurion solutions to the specified business needs and expectations of our clientsSupport our clients and customer journey teams by offering timely, expert advice on issue resolution, solution recommendations and scope variations, using defined systems and toolsSkills and experience Comprehensive understanding of Australian payroll systems and legislation, with in-depth knowledge of relevant compliance requirementsPrior experience with Australian Awards, Union Agreements, and EBAs to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworksExcellent industry knowledge with an understanding of how software solutions can support diverse business practicesProven multi-project management expertise, with the ability to balance competing priorities, manage multiple stakeholders and set realistic delivery expectationsHighly effective in influencing and gaining stakeholder confidence, ensuring the acceptance of our defined products and services as originally presentedExperience in operating within a hybrid workforce to conduct efficient collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholdersAdvantageous to have prior experience with the Aurion applicationBenefits of joining our team Training, guidance, and assistance provided to further your career developmentCompetitive salary packageFlexible working arrangementsGreat team cultureFuture career opportunities in a thriving tech businessEmployee benefits including flexible work arrangements, health checks, employee assistance program and much more!The security of joining a trusted and established Australian brandOur people are integral to our success.
