About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled professional with over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the Aurion system.
The successful candidate will possess specialized technical expertise in Aurion web recruitment and payroll onboarding.
This role involves assisting in the delivery of business initiatives aimed at enhancing the Aurion Recruitment Module and implementing the Payroll Onboarding Module within a Treasury environment.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with various stakeholders across the project and impacted business areas to adapt quickly to the Treasury environment.Deliver enhancements to the Aurion Recruitment Module and support the implementation of the Payroll Onboarding Module.Experience: The ideal candidate will have proven experience and technical expertise in Aurion Web Recruitment and Payroll Onboarding, along with broad experience across all Aurion modules.
Essential Experience: Strong technical expertise in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Web Recruitment and Payroll Onboarding.Experience with Aurion ESS Forms and Business Process Automation (BPA) development and configuration.Proven ability to implement Aurion solutions within the Australian Public Service sector.Desirable Experience: Experience across all Aurion Modules, including Payroll, Leave, Career Manager, and Timekeeper Modules.Personnel Expertise: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to build strong rapport with business stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management abilities.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply!
