As the Audit, Risk & Safety Manager , you will: Be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of a compliant and effective audit readiness program and WHS framework Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional and industry standards and guidelines Provide leadership across accreditation, risk management, audit, and work health and safety, including the promotion of a positive safety culture at Westhaven.
About You: As an experienced work health safety (WHS) professional, you will proactively and positively influence Westhaven's safety culture.
You will possess collaborative leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and mentor individuals to foster a culture of trust, collaboration and teamwork.
Working with managers in implementing the established safety framework, you will bring with you ideas for continuous improvement.
Your commercial outlook will see a sensitive address of workers compensation, that balances the need of our valuable workforce along with premium management.
Audits will be the way you will measure the success of the business, and your role, in proactively managing risk across Westhaven.

Compliance requirements A current NSW Drivers licence Willingness to undertake a pre-employment National Crime Check The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC) Highly desirable attributes include: Tertiary qualification in work, health and safety (WHS) or equivalent Leadership experience in a work, health and safety (WHS) role Experience within the community services sector Experience working with Google Suite (or similar) About applying Please submit your CV and a cover letter addressing your abilities to undertake the key responsibilities of this role.
