Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid Our client, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, currently requires an Audit Manager to join their expanding team in Perth.
This business is a rapidly growing company and they manage a diverse client base across the SME market in the UK and beyond.
About the Role

As an Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Manage and take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring excellent service and compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee the preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
Lead a team, planning workflows and supporting the professional development of junior staff members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to revenue and profitability targets.
Provide practical guidance on regulatory matters, including tax and VAT regulations, UK law, and principles of good governance.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills/ qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
Solid experience in auditing clients across a range of industries.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to a positive work environment.
