With a collaborative and supportive team culture and direct partner involvement in every engagement, we continue to lead the way in delivering excellence and fostering long-term relationships.About the RoleAs an Audit Manager, you will:Lead and manage the audit team, both locally and offshore.Oversee a portfolio of audit clients across industries such as Not-for-Profit, charities, hospitality, aged care, agribusiness, construction, and trade unions.Manage all aspects of audit jobs, including scheduling, client communication, team supervision (2-4 people per job), reviewing work, and ensuring timely delivery.Identify and present audit findings to clients (Boards and members), offering actionable recommendations.Train and mentor junior staff, contribute to their professional development, and conduct performance evaluations.Assist with business development by handling new client leads, drafting proposals, and enhancing client relationships.Innovate and improve audit methodologies, focusing on efficiency and quality.What You BringTo thrive in this role, you'll need:Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in audit, with at least 2 years in a Senior, Supervisor, or Manager role within Australia.Expertise: Proficiency in CaseWare and experience preparing general-purpose simplified disclosure financial statements. Familiarity with Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a personable approach, capable of explaining complex matters in plain language.
