Established over 10 years ago, this Canberra based Chartered Accounting firm has experienced exceptionally strong growth in recent years through the delivery of extremely high quality work to their established and growing client base, as well as their excellent culture developed since their inception.
Given their exceptional reputation, they are being tasked with more even work and as such they are seeking a number of assurance practitioners (with skills in any of the internal audit, external audit or program assurance disciplines) to join their team here in Canberra.
The Roles
(multiple positions across the Senior Accountant, Manager and Senior Manager levels).
You will have the opportunity to work with some of Canberra's most experienced Audit Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on a broad range of clients to improve their risk profile by strengthening their internal controls, governance, program management and risk management as well as on financial statement audits.
You will be given responsibility for the day to day conduct of assurance related activities as well as having direct contact with clients and the opportunity to lead and manage junior staff.
About You
To be successful in these roles you will have demonstrated experience providing programs assurance, internal and/or financial statements audit services to a broad range of organisations in the public/commercial and not for profit sectors.
You will be at least tertiary qualified and have strong written and oral communication skills and an ability for form strong relationships internally and externally.
In addition you MUST be an Australian Citizen and have a Commonwealth Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
