Job Description Manage and lead a team of AV technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Plan and oversee AV system installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Develop and implement AV standards, policies, and procedures to optimize system performance and reliability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand AV requirements and provide effective solutions. Conduct regular assessments of AV systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Monitor AV equipment inventory, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for AV services and products. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance the overall AV experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience in audiovisual technology management, with a proven track record of successfully leading AV projects and teams. Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and live entertainment programs, including but not limited to video conferencing equipment, digital signage, sound systems, and control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.).
