It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.Reporting to our Resort Audio Visual Supervisors, this role will see you responsible for the AV production and customer service across The Star Brisbane property.
The role offers a hands-on experience with class-leading AV technology and significant onsite training in audio, video, and lighting systems.
Our AV technicians will play a crucial part in the delivery of Events and Entertainment across the property and the maintenance of all AV assets.A few of your responsibilitiesInstall and support AV production requirements (audio, video, and lighting) for all internal and external eventsSet up and install AV production requirements for all entertainment (DJ's, Duo's, Bands) on propertySupport property-wide audio over IP system for background music and microphone announcementsManage all LED screen assetsComplete maintenance, servicing, and replacement of all AV systems on site as requiredWhat we will be looking forPrior experience working in corporate or event AV environments (desirable but not required)Prior experience setting up or operating audio, video, or lighting systems (desirable but not required)Capacity to work a variety of hours over a 24/7 rotating rosterHigh level of communication skillsAbout youWe are seeking individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
