About this opportunity: We are currently looking for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join our world-class Audio Visual team at ICC Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop their project management skills through exposure to a wide range of events which are held across our award winning venues.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the ICC Sydney Event Planning and Event Production Services teams to provide technical information and pricing of all lighting, sound, visual, staging, rigging and virtual technical requirements for conferences, gala dinners, entertainment performances and other general production requirements of ICC Sydney;Liaise with external event managers, producers, promoters, crew and entertainment suppliers to ensure the provision of contract requirements are adhered to;Provide written quotations for the provision of Audio Visual services to the clients of ICC Sydney;Manage all AV production requests from various internal and external clients, to maximise utilisation of ICC Sydney assets and where required organise hire of equipment from suppliers;Prepare CAD drawings for event setup;Provide support and guidance to the wider Audio Visual Project Management team.This position requires flexibility in regards to availability to work shifts during the day, evening and over the weekend.
Early starts and/or late finishes will be required depending on business levels or as required by events.

Required Skills & Experience: Suitable Audio Visual certifications or equivalent and relevant work experience;5+ years' recent experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment desirable;Experience in a large venue, arena, stadium or similar;Working knowledge of the following computer packages:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;AutoCAD LT or Vectorworks advantageous;Live streaming solutions;Working knowledge of the hospitality, convention and exhibition industry;Ability to work with minimal external assistance;High standard of writing and reporting skills;The ability to influence, engage and negotiate with key stakeholders to achieve advantageous outcomes;You must be 18 years or over.What to expect next: If this sounds like the right role for you, we look forward to receiving your application.
