* Access to top tier clients and complex business challenges * Continuous development through our mixed learning approach * All the tools, equipment and mentors you need to be successful in your role * Our organisation encourages diversity, supports charities and environmental initiatives * We have a bright, open plan and dog friendly office (we love our furry friends) * We encourage and fully support flexible working * Parental leave * Fun social events Details regarding the role As an Account Director, you will be responsible for – * Lead the team in the use of the OMD planning process to create the media idea and implementation * Play a key role in strategic development workshops * Ensure in-depth assessment of all communication options, using media research tools, deliver innovative insights * Manage the process and ways of working with the client and agency partners * Ensure the reporting of competitive, consumer and market data deliver innovation insights * Oversee the quality of client documentation * Provide budget forecast figures for clients * Assess and train needs of direct reports What you'll need: * Is ambitious, a team player, and who thrives in a high-performance environment * Seeks broad experience and continued learning across all facets of media planning (traditional, digital, tech, analytics, strategy, comms planning, sponsorship) * An experienced channel & imp planning expert (Application of strategy to execution); online and offline * Has strong budget and financial management * Has a desire and motivation to get under the hood of their client partners brands, macro business and marketing (Business performance, brand health, creative & media effectiveness) * Experience using discovered insights to recommend communication initiatives * Impeccable attention to detail and ability to delivery work on time * A passion for understanding and delivering on client business goals * The ability to build strong client relationships and trust quickly * Experience in managing direct reports, with a focus on their development.
