Audi / Volkswagen / Skoda Trained Technician Goulburn Motor Group is seeking an experienced Audi, Volkswagen or Skoda Trained Technician to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria. What you'll be doing
Perform technical repairs on Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda vehicles to a high standard Diagnose and rectify complex faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and techniques Complete all work in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work completed Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair methods Work collaboratively within the service team to achieve departmental targets and goals. We want our young technicians to learn the right way the first way so we want someone who will lead by example and train the next generation of young technicians What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in automotive technology, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology EXTENSIVE experience as a qualified technician, with a strong working knowledge of Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda vehicle systems. The preference is for a technician who has completed Advanced Technician level training at least. Master Tech level would be the preference. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure What we offer
