Role: AU/NZ Community & CS Manager
Reports to: Head of Country AU/NZ
Full-time contract, invoicing to the US Bubble business.
Location: AU, Melbourne. Work from home with a co-working space.
This role focuses on cultivating relationships within the Bubble Skincare community across various platforms. Responsibilities include community engagement, brand ambassador recruitment, advocacy, relationship building, performance tracking, community planning, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement
Act as a primary contact for Australian Bubble Brand Ambassadors.
Foster a welcoming community environment.
Proactively engage with community members.
Review Ambassadors Challenge/Application submissions.
Serve as a thought leader and manage Insiders community channels.
Support user-generated content review and evaluation.
Brand Ambassador Recruitment
Develop strategies to recruit brand ambassadors.
Screen and evaluate applicants.
Support team efforts in accepting and onboarding new brand ambassadors.
Community Advocacy and Relationship Building
Cultivate relationships with key community influencers.
Empower community members to become brand advocates.
Collaborate with teams to leverage user-generated content.
Promote company and retailer activation.
Plan and lead weekly AU/NZ community discussions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Provide weekly competitor and industry analysis.
Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports.
Optimize community engagement strategies.
Community Planning
Coordinate IRL events and own the gratis request process.
Lead weekly challenges and monthly virtual events.
Manage creative briefs and assets.
Provide hands-on leadership to junior team members.
Customer Service
Provide local support for AU/NZ customers.
Address Ambassador inquiries in a timely manner.
Skills and Requirements:
Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience in a community-oriented role in a startup environment.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of current trends in brand and community marketing.
Excellent writing skills and multitasking ability.
Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
Eager to introduce new approaches and ideas.
Graphic design experience, specifically Figma, is a plus.
