In this job you will: As an IT Systems Analyst at DHL, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and then design bespoke IT solutions for their individual needs to ensure their products and needs run smoothly within our warehouses

Manage, design and implement IT solutions for projects and/or changes to existing services Be the Manhattan WMOS Subject Matter Expert Act as the SME in requirements gathering & solutions design using sector specific skills/tools Be the conduit between our external customers and internal stakeholders Manage customer relationships, expectations & communications for the IT component of projects & change Utilise project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and are of a high quality Central IT customer point of contact for assigned projects You have the following qualities & qualifications: Relevant Tertiary degree (Bachelor level or equivalent) Essential 2+ years WMS experience, ideally Manhattan in configuration and/or support Experience in delivering IT solutions to external customers A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a project environment System Design with Industry product and/or application knowledge in Logistics and Warehousing Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills Dedication to delivery, quality outcomes and team participation #J-18808-Ljbffr
