About the role Key responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner Ensure tables are properly set and clean before seating guests Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience Process payments and provide accurate change to guests Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment At EVT, we want our people to experience our businesses and be brand and experience advocates.
