The Role
Atturra is looking for a driven and motivated Mid-Senior Systems Analyst for a permanent opportunity, to work within the Cloud Business Solutions team and showcase their strong analysis skills to Atturra's clients.
Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.
You will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will be based in Canberra and will be required to work on a hybrid arrangement in our Atturra office, or at the client site (as needed). Additionally, an active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is a requirement for this role due to the Federal Government project.
Responsibilities:
Examine and evaluate current systems Identify system requirements Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features Document interfaces between new and legacy systems Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems Validate changes by testing programs Train users on the new operation systems and provide support Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments Technical Requirements:
5-7 years' experience as a Mid - Senior Systems Analyst Previous experience in a Federal Government project highly desired Strong ability to understand the build process Be able to ask sensible questions and develop systems design Hands-on experience with software development and documentation Solid knowledge of business information systems Ability to explain technical details Excellent analytical skills Must be Canberra based, with an active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change Ability to work independently and in a team environment High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
