Atturra Change & Adoption support clients Internal and External who are undergoing large scale, technology driven, business transformation. As a Principal Consultant you will manage all aspects of change management projects from initiation to completion to ensure a successful outcome for our customers. This includes leading the design, development and delivery of change management and training solutions for customers.
This includes initial consultation work to help customers define the change requirements for their projects and provide a strategy for delivery. Leading change management and training teams for large scale, complex technology and ERP transformation projects. Adjusting work plans according to customer expectations as priorities change without compromising Atturra's financial position. Leading project team members to a common goal, communicate the project vision and keep them motivated to perform the tasks required to reach project goals. Positively influence and develop long-term business relationships with key customers through excellent customer service, solution design, and project initiation activities. Meet with customers during the sales process to understand requirements and present relevant information as change and training expert. Governance and other program management activities for one or more small to medium projects, including coordination of activities such as status updates, work plans, issue resolution with colleagues and stakeholders as required. What will make you successful in this role?
10+ years demonstrated experience in change management Experience running and leading change management stream for complex ERP projects like SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne etc. SAP Change Management experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated capability in solution design, project scoping and presales activities. Superior verbal communication skills. Superior written skills coupled with attention to detail. Strong team player, flexible and able to effectively manage conflicting demands. Ability to interact with individuals and groups at all levels within Atturra and customer organisations. Comfortable with occasional travel requirements. Tertiary qualifications and industry qualifications such as Prosci and Agile highly regarded.
