Attribute Group are partnering with a unique and exciting start-up that specializes in crafting business management systems on a SaaS web/mobile based platform. The functions include market analysis, user-friendly visualizations, and facilitating complex day-to-day operations on a digitized business platform. They are looking for an ambitious and versatile Junior Technical Business Analyst.
This is a brand new role and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys creativity and independence in their work. You will be working with a high-functioning team on complex and new projects, with the opportunity to make a real contribution and establish your own unique footprint with the team and your career.
Your Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders, design, and engineering to identify and deliver products and services that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Shape product pipeline, demonstrating you can present stories with enough clarity for an engineering team to pick up and deliver. Assist with Agile ceremonies, such as planning sessions and iteration reviews. Assist product management life cycle – defining, planning, developing, launching, and managing products while prioritizing high impact initiatives in an agile environment. Manage your own workload to ensure success of dev ops output. Your Experience & Knowledge Entry-level experience working as a Technical BA with exposure to complex technical environments. Exposure working in Software Engineering environments, particularly mobile and data feeds environments (not essential). Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively key messages with stakeholders, have an adaptive style, and influence outcomes. Ability to translate technical concepts to business concepts, and vice versa. Experience working in a multitude of delivery environments Agile/Waterfall.
