About the Role

Our Early Careers team is expanding and we're looking for an Attraction, Experience and Engagement Associate in Perth to join our vast community of solvers. The Early Careers team brings our purpose to life by being a high-performing team who are passionate about what they do. Their ability to understand and deliver on the true meaning of candidate experience underpins their success. We work with early talent With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. Our early careers team offers a dedicated graduate stream, traineeships and a vacation program to engage talent at all levels.

You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Supporting and delivering key events throughout the year (e.g. university events, in-house events, assessment centres and preboarding events)

Planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities

Developing relationships with key stakeholders to deliver on all events within your portfolio

Demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving to bring to life large scale events

In our Early Careers team, your impact will be seen by:
Contributing to a go-to-market, digital, and campus strategy so that we attract the exemplary pipeline of future talent into your location and business portfolio;

Building relationships with external industry groups, student societies, and Universities to understand alternative channels and position PwC as an outstanding employer;

Developing and presenting pitches, reports and presentations, as required to internal and external stakeholders.

Organising and participating in virtual and office-based engagement and attraction events for students.

Developing and maintaining the ambassador program in your respective location.

Managing the end-to end planning and execution of assessment centres.

Logistically supporting the design and coordination of the PwC One Firm Early Careers Pre-boarding Strategy along with bespoke Line of Service focus areas. The scope includes:
Graduates

Vacationers

Trainees

Supporting the planning and delivery of engagement events to improve the retention rate of Early Careers candidates (e.g. keep warm communication, events and activities)

Supporting the design and delivery of early engagement strategic events that will help build a talent pipeline to feed into all Programs

Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience, through managing stakeholder queries and candidates alike

Providing hands-on support to enable a premium candidate experience and assist stakeholders with tasks such as data integrity, reporting requests, and liaising with Team Leaders to clarify business requirements

Identifying and developing initiatives to enhance the candidate experience as well as continuous internal process improvements and facilitate change with solutions

Involvement in early careers recruitment projects as required, attending on campus events where applicable and supporting throughout the campaign when required
