Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team at ATOM Karratha. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure inventory and shipments are handled efficiently and safely.

Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational goals. Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety standards. Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and resolve any issues. Manage inventory accuracy and assist with audits and reporting. Supervise staff schedules and performance, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. What We're Looking For:
Experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills. A commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Forklift ticket is essential.
