A company recognized across 8 countries for its comprehensive portfolio of services, a strong commitment to sustainability, and good corporate citizenship.To do this successfully you will:Support the delivery of operational services required to meet defined service levels in support of AIAA cloud hosted solutions.Manage the life cycle of our cloud services to ensure supportability, security, and compliance policies are met.Support the development and enforce policies and procedures for cloud operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes for cloud infrastructure and network assets.Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and stability.Collaborate with IT teams to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and implement DevOps practices for continuous improvement.Responsible for the operations of the FinOps function.Execute established financial management strategies for cloud resources, optimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.Analyze and monitor cloud usage and spending patterns.Successful applications will demonstrate:Solid technical experience managing Azure cloud operations and experience in establishing operational processes.Strong understanding of cloud security principles.Strong understanding of ITIL framework.Proficient in scripting and automation tools for infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation.Experience in effective cost management strategies, tools, models, and processes (FinOps practices).Willingness to be trained on the job and via formalized certifications.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.Why you should join us:We work on the latest software technology on challenging complex integration and digital transformation projects.We offer remote work with 3 days from home per week.We are a rapidly growing specialist consulting firm with a strong reputation and growing list of high-profile clients.We have supportive management and offer career growth and learning opportunities.We offer excellent remuneration and flexible, family-friendly working arrangements.Are you ready to take on the challenge?Helping our clients grow while building a more sustainable, more inclusive future is a tough ask.
