Qualifications:
4-6 years of UX/product design mastery, ideally working with complex enterprise-level software.
Collaboration powerhouse with a proven track record working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams.
Your portfolio is a showcase of brilliance demonstrating a rock-solid foundation in interaction and visual design, design-led problem-solving, and deep understanding of product success.
Experience balancing the strategic big picture with pixel-perfect execution.
Knack for delving into user needs, testing your ideas, and measuring the impact of your designs.
Skilled in exploring and conveying design solutions through prototyping and conceptual models.
Ability to bridge the gap by seamlessly connecting user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and key metrics through your designs.
Storytelling is an integral part of your workflow by excelling in written and verbal communication.
Huge plus for experience working effectively with remote teammates in highly distributed teams.
