Full time Atlas are on the lookout for a HSE manager that is looking to lead Safety for a well-respected government & fit-out builder based in Sydney's West. We're also interested in speaking to great HSE advisors looking to step up.
Working as part of the Senior team, the HSE Manager will coach, mentor and develop the business' capabilities and culture within HSE. This is a mixed office/site-based role where you will be hands-on in your approach to training site teams & stakeholders on best practices, usage of the HSE system and to own safety for their site.
The business has recently implemented cloud-based HSE systems and is looking for a tech-savvy manager to continue the process.
Project scopes: 10-20 projects concurrently varying in size up to $10M in Government & Medical fit-outs/extensions.
Systems: ISO accredited, Hammertech implemented.
For this role you will need: Extensive (5+) years in a dedicated HSE role within commercial fit-out or building.Be a HSE Advisor looking to step up or a HSE manager looking for a new challenge.Cert IV+ - Additional Safety related Certs highly regarded.Excellent understanding of ISO systems and implementation into commercial building.Be happy to travel to Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle as needed.Have a training/mentoring/coaching focus in HSE.Package on offer: Salary up to $180K inclusive of super + Vehicle on offer for highly experienced candidates.
