We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Clean Fuels team and contribute to the broader New Energy projects.
In this critical administrative role, you will assist the General Manager and the team with managing project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating schedules, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure project milestones are met and communications run smoothly.
Fixed term 12 month contract, with possibility of extension.
What you will do
Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and schedules, ensuring easy access and accuracy.
Assist with tracking project timelines and progress, working closely with the team to ensure milestones are achieved.
Provide administrative support including managing correspondence and preparing reports or presentations.
Serve as a central point of contact for project communication, ensuring efficient information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
Exposure & Experience:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in large-scale energy projects is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Exceptional organizational skills with experience in managing schedules, documentation, and communications.
