Senior Project Manager Our client seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver business transformation projects and programs. This role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and ensure alignment with organizational frameworks, tools, and standards.

Responsibilities: Lead project teams to deliver initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline while fostering collaboration and alignment. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk/issue logs to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, provide regular project updates, and manage financial reporting, including budgets and cash flows. Oversee procurement, manage contractor deliverables, and proactively monitor and mitigate project risks. Skills required: Proven experience in delivering large-scale business transformation projects and programs. Skilled in methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile, with a strong understanding of change management frameworks. Expertise in financial reporting, including budgeting, cost reconciliation, and cash flow management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and competing priorities effectively. Strong leadership abilities to guide teams, with desirable experience in government procurement processes.
