About the Group This group is one of Australia's leading Tier 1 Building companies and has a strong pipeline of commercial work for the next three years. They are currently delivering a $300 million mixed-use project in the CBD that will continue for the next two years with a high-profile development client. This builder is known for their ability to successfully deliver complex commercial and mixed-use projects and has been in operation for over 30 years.

Roles & Responsibilities Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors Design Management & Coordination (structure and finishes) Program Management Review shop drawings Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's Management of junior coordinators About You You will ideally have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder in a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator role on commercial or apartment projects. You will be able to lead and drive the structure and be the most experienced coordinator on the project.
