About the Role Establish and manage high-value long-term service contracts for large-scale mining and resource projects, with a focus on Iron Ore. Collaborate with project teams in an EPC/EPCM environment during the execution phase to ensure contract compliance and project success. Apply attention to detail and rigorous adherence to procedures to manage contracts effectively and mitigate risks. Utilise strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and resolve contract-related issues. Support project management activities by providing expert advice on contract terms and conditions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. About the Candidate 7+ years' experience in establishing and managing high-value long-term service contracts. Strong understanding of large-scale mining and resource projects, particularly in Iron Ore. Prior experience working in an EPC/EPCM environment during the execution phase. Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to following procedures. Proven expertise in high-value contract management. Demonstrated ability to manage projects within the mining sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills. Ability to adhere to procedural requirements and ensure compliance.
