Helping the Fundraising team in all aspects of administration and fundraising activities.

Commitment Period: 12 months
Days and hours required per week: 5 hours per week maximum (In office training, WFH options)
Duties & Responsibilities
The Fundraising Administrator will help the Fundraising team in all aspects of administration and fundraising activities.
At times, the activities may help the Communication and Marketing team who work closely in the same office on common projects.
Activities include:
Providing general administrative support to the teams Assistance with service data collection requirements for Management and the Board reporting requirements Assistance in updating donor records into the CRM system Assistance in producing marketing materials via Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud tools Correspondence with donors and partners Occasional assistance with fundraising events and ad-hoc requests Assistance with researching grants, corporate partnerships, and fundraising opportunities Selection Criteria:
Previous experience with fundraising and marketing is highly regarded Previous experience with any CRM systems, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools is highly regarded (but not required) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Google Drive and tools and/or Microsoft Office Suite Confident telephone/people manner Strong organisational skills Experience in working with people from various backgrounds and cultures Advanced computer skills Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers Flexibility and willingness to take on extra tasks as appropriate Ability to adhere to policies in relation to code of conduct, boundaries, and confidentiality General Conditions:
