As a Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
Collaborate on sales strategies and gain hands-on experience in driving customer acquisitions.
Contribute to setting sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
Get to know our products, competitors, and customer needs.
Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
What We're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or any client-facing role.
Enterprise sales and/or Government sales experience will be highly regarded.
Interest in sales and a drive to make an impact are essential.
Proficient in Office 365 (particularly Word and Excel).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A natural curiosity and willingness to learn.
