About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at Verso Development Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane.
This is a full-time role where you will lead and oversee the sales activities for our residential property developments.
Your focus will be on driving sales, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Recruit, train, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract exchange Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and industry partners Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies What we're looking for
