Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with the global product strategy in the assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.
The work model for the role is hybrid #LI-Hybrid.
This role can be done in Moorebank, NSW; Perth, WA; Fortitude Valley, QLD; Notting Hill, VIC.
This role contributes to the Low Voltage Systems (LVS) Product Group in Australia. Main stakeholders are Local Sales Organisation, Local and Regional LVS Sales Leadership, Engineering Teams, and Customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting the local Sales organisation in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations and offers product/solution/service-related training.Developing and delivering training and promotional material to front-end sales and targeted customers to communicate new solutions.Participating in developing new LVS solutions to address market opportunities and support front-end sales in promoting solutions to grow the available market.Analysing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.Qualifications for the role You enjoy working with low voltage systems in the electrical products market.You have 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing of low voltage systems and products.You are innovative around building organizational capabilities and delivering high performance/excellence in marketing and sales.Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.Proven experience in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals.You are at ease communicating in English.More about us ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure, and commercial buildings.
