Australian Access Hire is a leader at supplying working at heights equipment with branches on the east & west coast of Australia. We are currently seeking an individual to perform a dual role based at our VIC Branch in Laverton North.
You will need to be passionate about your own success and the success of your team and the business. Smart with people, good with customers, negotiation and communication skills and team based orientated.
Key aspects of the role: Cold Calling on the phone into small & medium size companies to generate new business Contacting lapsed traders Generate leads for field based sales reps Ensure all enquiries from customers are followed up, handled efficiently and accurately Process sales orders Managing a pipeline and capturing data for customers equipment requirements Ideally you will have: Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner The ability to build successful working relationships and rapport over the phone Previous Sales experience in a cold call sales environment Passion for sales and in particular, new business To be driven, self-motivated and target driven attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced level an advantage) Must possess a high degree of customer focus (internal and external) Previous experience with Cordell Connect an advantage This is both a challenging and rewarding role seeking an ambitious, independent and self-driven individual.
