About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Responding to all inbound call volumes of over 100 per shift. Assisting customers with order bookings, changes, and cancellations with training provided on delivery time scheduling with order allocation software. Liaising with the Operation and Scheduling teams to ensure our customer's requirements are understood and met in a timely manner. Providing administrative support for purchase orders and cash sales orders. Skills and Experience
Experience in call centre and customer service roles. Ability to build rapport quickly through strong phone manner. High attention to detail with exceptional written and oral skills. An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge of the construction industry. Benefits

Available to work Monday - Friday 5.30am – 6pm - rotating rosters. Every second Saturday morning a month, paid at overtime rates. Rotating rosters 5.30am – 2pm.
