Oversee the project assurance activities to ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Develop assurance strategies to align with project life cycle stages.
Lead the planning and execution of project audits and reviews.
Report findings and recommendations to the Governance Lead and project stakeholders.
Manage a team of assurance specialists.
Liaise with external auditors and consultants.
Ensure the integration of best practices in project management and assurance.
Coordinate with the governance team to refine project policies and procedures.
Facilitate training and development sessions for the assurance team.
Monitor the effectiveness of project controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
