This role will collaborate with service lines, developing processes, and supporting training and development activities to enhance overall service quality and compliance.What you'll bringBroad knowledge of work processes and quality system requirements.Strong knowledge of change management and process improvement practices.An appreciation of both IT and business process management.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, Kaizen, etc.3+ years' experience in quality, operations, or project management.Proven experience in change management, business analysis, and process improvement.Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.ResponsibilitiesContributes to the development and execution of the assurance capability plan by supporting the GM Assurance Capability and service line leaders in defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance Analyst in the collection and analysis of data to identify trends and patterns in service performance. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Support the identification of process improvement opportunities through analysis of current practices. Design process improvement initiatives in-line, working with the service lines to document and redesign processes and practices in-line with ITIL and industry standards.Assist in developing and delivering training programs in support of the Training Facilitators in delivering training content to service line teams.Support the monitoring of service line adherence to compliance and quality standards. Input into audits and reviews as required.Build and maintain effective relationships with service line teams to understand their needs and challenges. Provide support to ensure alignment with assurance objectives.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise.
