Assurance and Risk Coordinator Perth, CBDIndicative Assignment Length: Up to 2 Years ContractPosition Description / Scope of Work Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Assurance and Risk Coordinator to join the ABU Capital Projects Factory organization.
As an Assurance and Risk Coordinator you will support delivery of the assurance and risk products across multiple projects in the portfolio. The products are, project risk management, technical interface management, project assurance, engagement with the Joint Venture Participants (JVPs), lessons learned seek and capture, decisions management, and project management of change. You will also support standardization and continuous improvement of the products.
More specific role expectations include: Maintain the risk register in the integrated project information management solution tool (iPIMS), resolving inaccuracies and missing data. Follow up with risk owners to update the register where required.Prepare and co-facilitate monthly risk reviews and prepare and issue the quarterly JVP risk report.Maintain iPIMS set-up and access, managing support from the software supplier where necessary.Co-facilitate risk workshops. Interface Management Train and support project team members in use of the technical interface management process and tool (iPIMS).Monitor the interfaces database and provide support as necessary with interface owner queries and overdue interface requests.Maintain iPIMS set-up and access, managing support from the software supplier where necessary.Assurance Support assurance reviews by coordinating preparation of pre-read materials, issue of materials to Chevron and JVP reviewers and collation and tracking of review action items.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Top 3 Must have skills: Proactive and responsive communicator and able to interface with all project functions, leadership and JVP representatives.Collection of information from diverse sources, concisely interpret and present / communicate for use, including use of database workflows and MS Excel, applying appropriate attention to detail when necessary.Capital projects management processes.Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
