Reporting to the Lead Risk, Governance & Assurance, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and leading ElectraNet's audit and assurance program.
This includes developing, implementing, and leading the Integrated Assurance Schedule (IAS) to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and accreditation requirements, while also identifying and addressing the business' evolving assurance needs.
Additionally, in this role you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and implementing an effective assurance programManaging the relationship with Internal Audit and overseeing internal auditsIntegrating audits with accreditation requirements (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)Providing expert advice and coaching on compliance and improvement techniquesMonitoring and reporting on audit and non-conformance activitiesAbout YouThe successful candidate will also be/have:
Extensive experience in an auditing/assurance roleExtensive experience managing quality management systems, compliance systems, and associated audit programsKnowledge of ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14000 series standards and experience integrating an auditing functionStrong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills, including Root Cause AnalysisExcellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skillsA tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experienceAt ElectraNet, we recognise that your potential extends beyond our qualifications.
