You will be expected to identify new business opportunities and be actively involved in the development of marketing and product initiatives, given your first-hand knowledge of AML/CTF obligations and processes developed within a regulated entity or regulator to bring a effective solutions to financial crime issues affecting Kroll's clients.Day-to-day responsibilities:As part of a team, act as a local (Australian) subject matter expert in matters of relating to AML/CTF and financial crimeDevelop and manage AML/CTF and financial crime related projects for clientsProvide expert, reliable analysis of financial crime business processes against regulatory obligations and develop reports and other materials for clientsActively be involved in the pursuit of new business and support the delivery of proposals by senior members of the teamTake ownership of project and deliverables and manage workflow and costs effectivelyRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in AML/CTFQualifications in AML/CTF business, law or other relevant disciplinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsResidence in Sydney preferred, other Australian cities consideredStrong team, project and client management experience, along with strong interpersonal skillsAdaptable, with the ability to work flexibly over multiple projects with limited directionProficient in MS Office applicationsAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
