We have been engaged by a employee-owned consultancy in Richmond to find them an Associate Town Planner on a permanent basis.
This firm specialises in Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Traffic & Waste Management and bolsters a high-performing team of 80+ professionals.
As an Associate Town Planner with this employer, you will have the unique chance to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, small industrial developments across Victoria, NSW, TAS and QLD.
No two projects will be the same.
This is a client-facing role that involves project management and delivery, allowing you to collaborate directly with their valued clients.
You will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into reality and shaping vibrant projects for generations to come.

Salary Range - $115,000 to $130,000 plus super.
What we're looking for: A qualified Urban Planner with a background ideally in the private sector, or someone with superior commercial acumen having worked in Victoria or NSW.
Experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes (circa 6 years).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey ideas.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality outcomes.
