We are seeking an Associate to the Chief Operating Officer  to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD.

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: Understudying and supporting the Chief Operating Officer and executives in the daily operations of all businesses within the Group Attending and supporting the management of internal and external meetings Drafting high-level correspondence Managing projects as delegated by the executive team to achieve defined outcomes Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders Conducting research and collating relevant information to provide comprehensive data and insights   Together with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes: Positive energy and a "can do" attitude A desire to learn and embrace the "lean" culture of the organisation Ability to be both a team player and a leader Curious and tenacious, with a desire to get to the bottom of issues Maturity, professionalism, and confidence A proven ability to think critically, problem-solve and recommend common sense, practical solutions Attention to detail, superior organisation skills and a focus on results The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure Capability to get things done quickly without forsaking accuracy Demonstrated ability to be proactive and use initiative The ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality A positive outlook and high EQ A professional approach to interactions with colleagues, clients and associates A degree qualification, with at least three years' work experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills   If this is you, and you want to reach your full potential while working with the best, this role offers an exciting career opportunity where your hard work and dedication will be genuinely acknowledged and rewarded.
