Our Digital Platform Delivery team delivers better value and experience to our clients by engaging the right people, processes and skills for effective and efficient project delivery and associated support. We deliver a range of services spanning business and technology project delivery, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. We're looking for leaders to take our team to the next level, as we solve complex problems within our vast community of solvers.

We are looking for an Associate to join our Digital Platform Delivery team with skills across the following areas:

Foundational knowledge of technology and project delivery
Planning and roadmap development
Project management including scope, dependencies and risks
Business analysis to understand needs, requirements and opportunities
Ability to 'talk tech' with technical specialists to understand project impacts
Apply governance frameworks, policies and standards to ensure consistency
Stakeholder management

Critical Skills, Knowledge & Experiences we are looking for include:

Broad background across Business, Experience and Technology Domains
Experience in Agile environments
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Proficiency in business and process analysis
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
Understanding of risk management and quality assurance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Management of project budgets and teams
