About the Role (Your Why) Datacom is currently seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in our organization's mission to help organizations explore new possibilities and solve their greatest technological challenges. What You'll Do Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet client requirements.Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Conduct system performance evaluations and implement enhancements as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.Support and train end-users on system usage and best practices.Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures.What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and databases.Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
