And you could be a part of that journey.See yourself in our team You will be working in the Market Risk reporting team of Global Markets technology, building software solutions that will help our business manage traded market risk effectively. We build software applications and manage software systems of various sizes to deliver high quality financial solutions. Technical deliveries in the various teams include working with popular technology tools for both on-prem as well as Cloud based software.The technology group is made up of small vertical teams that deliver product-based software solutions and horizontal teams that work across the numerous teams to ensure that we uplift the learnings, use best practices, and enrich our overall knowledge base.As an Associate Engineer, you'll be working within a cross-functional squad which is responsible for developing and managing customer capabilities. We are looking for a smart, driven and resilient full stack engineer who enjoys delivering customer and business solutions in a collaborative, iterative and simple manner. Also, you'll be invited to attend our regular engineering guilds to broaden your expertise and participate in agile ceremonies, which will allow you to contribute to and define the way we operate.We're interested in hearing from people who: Are passionate about building high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage.Have solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices.Collaborate within the team to apply the principles of design, development, testing, deployment, support, and evaluation.Are actively involved in continuous learning, experimentation, and participate in peer code reviews.Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems.Work well in teams and have strong collaboration skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives.Tech Skills: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
