Our Water team promotes holistic, sustainable water resource management for governments, investors, developers, manufacturers, utilities, and corporations, helping with network maintenance and development, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and future-ready strategies.
We work with key water authorities nationally including Hunter Water, Sydney Water, TasWater, Logan Water, SA Water and Urban Utilities to name a few.
What you'll do:Design of Sydney Water's assets (potable water, recycled water, wastewater, and stormwater)Work on water projects from Application to Project CompletionPartner with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations and undertaking mandatory Sydney Water inspections including connectionsClient management including liaising with Sydney Water's AIS and Service Delivery teamsData analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goalsDesign coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are metPrepare FIFM plans and Bonding Arrangements for submissionPrepare and submit Sydney Water applicationsUndertake field workAbout youDemonstrated experience in design and in a Water Servicing Coordinator rolePrevious experience in project management on Sydney Water projects, or with other relevant water authoritiesStrong understanding of WSAA codes and Sydney Water's codes, policies and proceduresWorking knowledge across relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsBachelor of Engineering an advantage but not essentialSydney Water category accreditations an advantage (FIFM, W1, W2, W3, S1, S2, C1,C2, C3 and/or C4)About WSPWSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 15 offices in Australia.
