The Role A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join our Adelaide and Darwin Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to employers on employment law, health and safety and workers compensation matters, draft and review employment agreements, conduct legal research, represent clients in administrative proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop proactive strategies for managing employment-related risks and resolving disputes effectively. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a reputable employment law practice. Relevant experience in workers compensation in the South Australian jurisdiction will be preferred. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to offer excellent client service. You will have deep knowledge of employment and safety legislation and be able to provide technical legal advice and conduct employment and industrial litigation.
