About the role We are seeking a talented technology lawyer (3-6 PQE) to joinour well respected and successful Technology, Media &Telecommunications (TMT) practice in our Sydney office.
In this role you will further progress your career working underthe direction of industry leading partners Jeff Goodall, BrendanTomlinson, Sonia Sharma, Ooma Khurana, Greg Palumbo and Ben Millerwho service the TMT sector, including ASX listed companies, majororganisations and government departments. You will be engaged ininteresting and high quality work advising our clients oninformation technology, outsourcing, procurement and generalcommercial matters. Other streams of work include intellectualproperty, privacy, cyber and data resilience matters.

About you The successful candidate will have experience in the technologyspace, ideally gained within a specialised TMT practice. Havingworked within a well-established law firm, you will need experienceadvising on a broad range of complex technology procurementmatters, with, ideally, complimentary experience in outsourcing,general procurement and/or NSW Government (including the ICTServices Scheme). In addition, you will need strong commercialacumen, exceptional drafting skills, and an eye for detail.
You will invest time and effort in understanding theclients' issues and take responsibility for ensuring theirneeds are consistently met.
