Your role Our Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within our Disputes and Investigations Practice and both groups are preeminent in the Asia Pacific region. Your role within our team could typically include advising on:
Large and complex corporate restructuring and workoutsFormal insolvency administrations (including receiverships, administrations and liquidations) for Australia's major banks, private capital funds and leading accounting firmsDistressed investment opportunities for private capital fundsCross border restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with our alliance partner, LinklatersSignificant commercial litigation for Australia's leading companiesThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
About you You will have:
