Associate / Senior Associate – Public Liability Lawyer

Opportunity for a Worker's Compensation lawyer to move into Public Liability. Mentorship from a highly experienced, empathetic Partner. An opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate-level lawyer who wants to expand their experience in public liability, moving beyond high-volume, routine claims.

As well as a range of different public liability work you'll also be involved in high-level advocacy with cases before the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and Supreme Courts, tackling complex claims such as dust disease and silicosis, and working closely with major clients like global insurers, WorkCover Queensland, and self-insurers.
