Description OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity available for an Intellectual Property Lawyer with at least 4 years post-admission experience to work within our award-winning IP practice based in Brisbane.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work across a broad range of industries and complex matters with some of our highly valued clients.

We are seeking an individual that takes pride in their work with an ability to focus on the client in the delivery of superior legal support and advice.

Working as part of a team, your role will assist clients with various IP matters, including:
Trademark and design searches, applications, responding to adverse reports and commencing and defending oppositions.
Enforcement of IP rights and resolution of disputes.
Research, drafting and advice on licence arrangements and other IP agreements.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside talented senior practitioners who are keen to share their knowledge and have you involved directly with clients.

ABOUT YOU

Relevant knowledge and skills in Intellectual Property and Trademarks.
Demonstrated work history and experience in a similar role.
