We represent a broad range of clients in the construction industry.Remuneration The salary range is $80,000 to $170,000 + super and KPI-based bonus scheme.About the RoleThis is a senior mentoring role. You will be advising clients on a wide range of building & construction matters, such as dispute resolution, construction agreements, construction disputes and construction litigation.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee a diverse range of legal cases across multiple areas within the construction law space e.g., Litigation's, Adjudication, QBCC and alternate dispute resolutions.Provide accurate, timely, and strategic legal advice to clients.Conduct and manage all phases of litigation including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlements.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and legal support staff.Liaise with senior management and provide clear and concise reports.Contribute to the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.Participate actively in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and market presence.Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in the law to ensure the firm and its clients are in a position of advantage.Qualifications/Ideal applicantA relevant Australian Law degree.PAE: 5 – 10+ years of relevant legal experience.Admission to practice law in QLD is a must, NSW and VIC (not compulsory)Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Why Join Us?We offer a competitive salary package, genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression, and a vibrant work culture that encourages work-life balance.
