The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you will be involved in complex and interesting matters.
You will be working with our Managing Partner and team of successful senior practitioners, helping our graduates, paralegals and law students in their development while progressing your own career.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements.
In this role, you will have carriage of, and be responsible for: acting in and progression of complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters; ongoing management and development of client and referrer relationships; staff management and mentorship.
About you: We are searching for lawyers with 3-6 years' post admission experience in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency.
You will be perfectly suited to the role if you have: the ability to work autonomously and experience working on a variety of litigation matters; experience managing a team, including supervising and mentoring junior practitioners and support staff, and the drive to obtain exceptional results for our clients; great people skills and the ability to create lasting relationships with our staff, clients and referrers; a commercial and practical approach to problem solving; the ability to network, engage in business development; and a positive attitude, and the desire to work as a part of a friendly and close-knit team.
